There's a story on the web site of the Church of Scientology of San Francisco about a really extraordinary young woman. A Scientologist from Santa Barbara (who was also a member of the Scientology Church of San Diego while she was a college student there), has done so much to help the children of Sri Lanka.The article is in Freedom Magazine and it shows how much one person can do when they have the dedication and the skill.
